Ketra Astrology & Tarot offers readings and consultations regardless of race, sexual orientation, gender, ethnicity, cultural identity, religion, and beliefs. To access or use this Site, you must be 18 years of age or older and have authority to enter into these Terms and Conditions (Services). 

Astrology & Tarot Readings 

All readings are 100% confidential. All Zoom sessions will be recorded and emailed directly to the Client. If the Client does not wish to have the session recorded, they must advice before the reading takes place.

For Astrology only, the Client is allowed to email me with 1 question following the session. I know that we can often forget important questions when we are all consumed with the “here and now” moment. And I love to hear feed back on how things are going.

Any behavior deemed inappropriate will not be tolerated and may result in the reading being terminated, without a refund. I reserve the right to refuse service, for any reason. This includes any questions about another person and their thoughts and behaviors. I will read for only you which can include your relationship with another person. I will not read for other people without their consent. I will not answer unethical questions such as, but not limited to, “When will I die?” “Will my married lover leave his wife?“ 

 Rescheduling and Cancellations

If a reschedule is required, it must be done with a minimum 24-hour notice. Failure to provide minimum 24-hour notice for rescheduling will result in the forfeiture of your rescheduling, and there will be no refund. I will do my best to work with you for a reschedule as I understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances can happen, however no shows will not be refunded.

Payments

All readings require payment in advance of your appointment via e-transfer. Details will be provided at time of booking.
